1 General Terms

Each person may hold only one cbaje account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. cbaje uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your cbaje login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. cbaje will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact cbaje support immediately.

• You must use your own payment methods — accounts funded by third parties are not permitted.

4 Deposits and Payments

Deposits made to cbaje are used for gambling purposes only. cbaje is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your cbaje account are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cbaje aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.

Before a withdrawal is approved, cbaje may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements on your account.
• cbaje reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals to payment methods that are no longer active may be delayed while an alternative is arranged.
• cbaje does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

cbaje offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 7 Games and Betting

11 Account Termination

cbaje reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, cbaje may withhold the account balance.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance.
• If the account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account will be closed.

12 Limitation of Liability
